Located within walking distance of Silver Trail Middle School (one of three schools to which local students are zoned), Malibu Point is comprised of 103 single family homes. An electronic guard gate provides residents added security. Visitors must be buzzed in by a resident prior to entering through the gates. Several of the homes in this community are along the bicycle/jogging path which runs from one end of SilverLakes to the other. Additionally, students will also attend Panther Run Elementary and West Broward High School.
